2) The Ball is placed at the Disposal of the Shooter for a Common Foul when the Bonus FT is in effect.

3) At this point the Rules Books (NFHS, NCAA Men's, NCAA Women's) define the three situations that require the AP Arrow to be set when the Ball is placed at the Disposal of the Thrower. In other words, for any situation not covered by the two situations for which I have stated above.

But there is an extremely rare situation which is not covered in the rules, and it is a situation I have never seen happen in the 46 years that I have been officiating. And of course there is a box of fine Cuban cigars (fat chance I am going to give away one Cuban cigar let alone a whole box, ) awaiting the person that can tell us what the one extremely rare situation is.

Not sure I'm understanding the question but if the ball is tipped and two players catch at same time or knock out of bounds, they rejump. If double foul occurs after jump ends but before any possession those players jump. Arrow set after control following second jump. Probably not what your looking for. Rules cover it.
