Can you count in Mississippi's? If so, you've got a count in 0.2 second increments.
  • One - 0.2
  • Miss - 0.4
  • i - 0.6
  • ssi - 0.8
  • ppi - 1.0

If your cadence is not quite regular, it may not be exactly accurate, but it would be a valid count.
