Can you count in Mississippi's? If so, you've got a count in 0.2 second increments.
- One - 0.2
- Miss - 0.4
- i - 0.6
- ssi - 0.8
- ppi - 1.0
If your cadence is not quite regular, it may not be exactly accurate, but it would be a valid count.
