			But that is not the point really..I'm just wanting to know if that play, (rising to one's knees from stomach while holding ball) which should be a travel in HS, is allowed in college?

			Verbiage for travels is different between the 2 rule sets.  NCAA uses the phrase "pivot foot" a lot.
