I am familiar with high school rules on these plays, but wondered if there is a college diff:

1) "Sit a tick" (don't have to play a tick) I believe this happened in UNC-UL game last night, when Cards are subbing offense/defense and took #32 out prior to ft's..I think he then re-entered following made 2nd free throw..was somewhere under 2 min to go, possibly...is rule same for both levels?

2)What a player can and can't do while lying on floor with ball..in Fed, it is a travel if one is on stomach and rises to knees (holding ball)...same for college?
