NFHS vs NCAA rule diff

I am familiar with high school rules on these plays, but wondered if there is a college diff:

1) "Sit a tick" (don't have to play a tick) I believe this happened in UNC-UL game last night, when Cards are subbing offense/defense and took #32 out prior to ft's..I think he then re-entered following made 2nd free throw..was somewhere under 2 min to go, possibly...is rule same for both levels?

2)What a player can and can't do while lying on floor with ball..in Fed, it is a travel if one is on stomach and rises to knees (holding ball)...same for college?

1) Same rule

2) Only if the pivot foot moves

A.R. 198. Is it traveling when a player:
1. Falls to the playing court while holding the ball without maintaining a
pivot foot; or
2. Falls to the playing court on both knees while holding the ball without
maintaining a pivot foot; or
3. Gains control of the ball while sliding on the playing court and then,
because of momentum, rolls or slides, after which the player passes or
starts a dribble before getting to his feet?
RULING 1 and 2: Yes, when the pivot foot is not maintained because
it is virtually impossible not to move the pivot foot when falling to
the playing floor.
3: No. The player may pass, shoot, start a dribble or call a timeout.
Once the player has the ball and is no longer sliding, he may not
roll over. When flat on his back, the player may sit up without
violating. When the player puts the ball on the floor, then rises
and is the first to touch the ball, it also is traveling. When a player
rises to his feet while holding the ball and moves the pivot foot, it
is traveling. When a player falls to one knee while holding the ball,
it is traveling if the pivot foot moves.

2) ?? Not understanding your answer..how would a player rise to his knees, from laying on stomach, and have a pivot foot?

I can't seem to find a case ruling for specifically when a player lays on stomach with ball, even though I've always thought the only thing one could do would be: pass, start dribble, call time out. Almost any movement with the ball while on the stomach would have to be a travel. Just wondered if it was different for NCAA

...?

Enforced the "sit-a-tick" rule in my college game 2 Saturdays ago.

But that is not the point really..I'm just wanting to know if that play, (rising to one's knees from stomach while holding ball) which should be a travel in HS, is allowed in college?

Verbiage for travels is different between the 2 rule sets. NCAA uses the phrase "pivot foot" a lot.

As you (might) know from other discussions here, it's not clear whether "rising to one's knees from stomach while holding ball ... should be a travel in HS".

I think the rule book says something like "attempt to stand"
