However, if only one of the other officials noticed and we have a situation where we have 2 Cs moving down the court with me trailing behind one of them as the new T, I'm yelling at whoever is in front of me at that moment telling him to go.

I will add that in the "opposite" situation where we have two new-Ls, then the one on the T's side yells across the lane and the other moves back to c.

but, New T needs to be aware that the other two officials might recognize the conflict and adjust on their own and then the new T might need to go across the court.

Most important, keep officiating during all this.
