This is NOT the result of ballwatching C's or T's, which is the most prevalent cause of missing rotations. Just an infrequent glitch that occurs. No biggie. Not common. Fix it and go on. Had a missed rotation once that led to all three on the same side. I was T, and neither I or the C saw the L rotate. Fast break the other way, opposite from me. At the time, I was working on rotating right away to get the best look at the break as lead, and I was ahead of the play enough to do it. I got over, looked up and saw both partners on the same side of the court.
