Batting Order

Hey Blue,

At any level in baseball the batter has 10 seconds to be in the batters box.....if you determine the need you start calling strikes....reloading a fresh 10 seconds until you have an out if that is really go to happen it would be a first....

Remember.....judgment is more important than being a letter of the law type of umpire....

This is the solution if the player simply refuses to come bat ... or perhaps is too injured to bat but not too injured to field (whatever that might entail) - and the team only has exactly 9 players.
