Tuss,

One technique for ejecting a coach who is walking away is to "call him back" by saying just loud enough for him to hear, "okay coach, you're done!" They always come racing back to you when you do that because they think you ran them. Then you run them.

And there is a place in this country that lets someone this biased and ignorant umpire the great game of baseball?? How unfortunate.
