In OBR/NCAA i'm calling obstruction since we don't have to give him the base. In a FED game, I'm not calling it here.

It is hard for me to envision an F3 "who is playing behind the bag", being in the base path when he goes down injured by a line shot.

I guess I would have to see it to rule on it.
