Fan Interference Signal?
I went to the Giants-Dodgers game last Saturday (which was a great game unless you happen to be an LA fan
 ). Kemp led the game off for the Dodgers with a smash to left center that would've fallen just short of the wall except that an idiot (subjective term) Dodger fan reached over and caught the ball.The U2 ruled fan interference and awarded Kemp 2nd. What caught my eye was that U2 was grabbing his forearm similar to a holding signal in football. Is this a new signal? I haven't seen it used before.
