i stuck up for them... i know both umpires in both of the situations, foul ball and hidden ball trick, they are both great umpires and great individuals who are there for a reason. Also this is the guy from WS second trip to omaha and the guy from LSU game was there last year.

hey its happens to the best of the best, but just shows that even at the top of their game, sometimes, the umpires forget the basics like keeping their eyes on the ball.

but that's what makes baseball such a great game, the human aspect.
