The batter has a 1-2 count, swings and misses, and is hit by the pitch.
1) You have a dead ball,(HBP) strike 3 batter is out.
2) No runners can advance on this as it is dead. Put the runners back.
3) Go over the rulebook, this is something HS umpires must know
