I love the "where was his warning?" from the head rat after tossing a player...sometimes warnings are okay...but many, many other times...an ejection is just fine...I just wish more guys had the guts to toss players managers...especially in the adult leagues that I work 1 man. There are teams out there that will attempt to own you if you don't gain control by starting early in the pregame by being firm in your pregame, being on time, etc...
