Number Color?

I will be working a tournament this summer and will have to purchase red shirts and creme shirts. They must be numbered, but the tournament director says the color of the numbers do not have to be uniform as umpires from all across the southeast will be working the tournament.

I have researched several sites and have found conflicting colors recommended. What color numbers are usually found on red shirts and creme shirts?

For red I use navy on white.

For creme I use black on white.
