It looked like a discussion, not an argument.

What did the ump say?

In all fairness to Dan, most posts on this site lately have been a WOBW, including this one pointing that out, and every other post in this thread.

Dan:

I think the young umpire did a great job of restraining himself from dumping that coach. We don't need to be questioned on our calls, even when they're a make up call because we're upset with a certain player or team. If they give you a hard time on a call, screw em' on the next one. That'll learn em' not to mess with you.

Tim.

honestly, pretty much everything posted here during the offseason is a WOBW since we have nothing to talk about and we just throw random things out there to get discussion going which turns out 98% of the time to be a WOBW.

Also there are no coaches pop their head in to ask questions to get us talking like "My pitcher hit the batter in the hands and the ball rolled fair and the catcher threw him out, but the umpire called it a hit batter. I told him that everyone knows hands are part of the bat and he said that's not true. Who is right???"

....then again, maybe that's a good thing. haha

Yes he did Tim. But you believe in that practice of "screwing"? Seems to me it will just add fuel to the fire.

You need to work on your sarcasm recognition.

From what I heard from someone at PBUC was that a documentary was being filmed. And the umpires were informed of this before the game, and signed off on it.
Now, I dont got a problem with the FYC, but to do so knowingly, and admit it to the coach, WITH being miked, not too smart.
This guy was let go.....

indeed, this guy was let go. however, he worked this past summer in indy ball, where stuff like this is fairly common. the screen resolution is not good enough for me to make out what his hat says, and i don't recognize the teams. does anyone know what game this is?
