Does the same scenrio apply to a pitcher?

Could a pitcher change "arms" during an abat and or every other batter?

Dixie Youth Baseball only allows a pitcher to throw a max of 6 innings per week. Could a kid pitch 6 innings on Monday right handed and pitch 6 innings on Thursday?
