Question:

A batter comes to the plate batting right handed, swings and misses at the first pitch. The coach tells the batter to switch sides and bat left handed. Under Official Little League (Williamsport) rules is the batter permitted to switch sides? If so or not, do you know where in the rule book that rule exists? (Pg.# please)
