plate shoes and face mask

i'm looking for recommendations on masks and plate shoes.
i'm looking for high quality, light weight gear. i do college and HS ball.

currently, i am using a wilson mask - ukn model - but it is not light weight. also using gerry davis patent leather shoes - good, but very heavy.
