Around here the Soph level pays $55 for a double header and varsity is $75. Games are always double headers. This is largely the reason I got out of baseball and only do basketball now. I can do a jv/varsity double in basketball and make $100 while spending 1-2 hours less time working the games vs baseball. While it does help to love the game itself, there is nothing wrong with doing it for the money. I certainly wouldn't take this kind of abuse for free!
