When I go to the MLB site and bring up the rule book, it is OBR.

Now I have a copy of the Major League Baseball Umpires Manual, but that's not a set of rules. I have the JEA and J/R but they're both OBR. I'm confused Gee, what is this "MLB Rules" of which you speak?
