Pitch count disagreement between coaches
The umpire is not required to keep track of pitches during a game. However, if a visiting team coach says the pitcher has reached the max for the game, and the home team states the pitcher has "x" number of pitches left, what is the proper course of action for the Umpire? Is there none and the visiting coach just needs to officially protest the game?
