The FED rule on force plays is a little different -- and I can't tell exactly what happened from the video.
If F6 moved to his left *because* of the actions of the runner, then this is a violation. R1 must slide or run in a directions "away" from the fielder. If F6 was moving to his left anyway, the R1 is allowed to run straight to the bag. |
