OFF TOPIC: LSU/Miss. State game
I know this forum is for High School football, but I had a few observations from last night that maybe someone could shed some light on.
#1. Does the SEC require their officials to place their flags in their back pockets? When the officials threw their flags, they seemed to be very awkward. #2. In the fourth quarter the referee was switched out. Was this due to injury/sickness? I thought overall that the crew had a bit of a rough go of it. They didn't seem to mesh too well. Maybe this was one of their first times together on a field.
