VA: Believe it is $70.00 per person for 3-whistle.
Northern VA: Regular season per person, 3-whistle is $45, Districts are $54, and Regionals are $60. We use 3-whistle for all varsity games.

We do a bit better - 2 Man
Rumor has it:
$95 game fee/$45 - $85 Per Diem if over/under 100 mile travel + mileage both ways. We have a great State High School League which makes good officiating a priority, they reward those selected - which I think is a nice gesture in keeping us into officiating.

I just got home from the State "B" Girls Tournamnet.
We got $75 per game (4 games each, 2-whistle crews) plus milage at the state rate and $25 per day per deim. My check was $755. I also had to get there and back (490 miles one way). We would be SOL without milage pay. Blackhawk
