Holding (Basic spot)
I'm a little confused about this basic spot definition on a foul.
Lets say Team A has it 1-10 from their 45. During the live ball the O-line hold (flag) at the 40. QB get sack at the 25. Defense accept the penalty. how is it enforce? Is the penalty enforce from the end of the run which is at the 25 or from the spot where the foul occur? 1-25 from the 30 yd. or 1-40 from the 15 yd?
