#32 - 9-6-7-a. #56 - don't overthink the scenario - 9-8-1-b. #62 - there are other considerations such as whether the back-row player is directing the ball to a teammate and whether they are on or in front of the attack line, but it is one of the items that is considered in determining a back-row attack - 9-5-4. #84 - 9-6-3 & 9-6-4. #92 - 9-5-1-c, second complete sentence.
