Basketball?

John is correct about the colors of headbands not needing to be the same. Many officials who work other sports get this rule wrong. In other sports like basketball, players must all wear the same color of headband (if they wear one at all). That is to help the officials identify players from a particular team. There is no need for that rule in volleyball since players from the two teams don't intermingle during play. One team stays on one side, the other on the other side.
