I'll answer a question from AC, PC, etc - if I don't have to stop play to do it and he/she isn't disrupting the game to ask (and they ask nicely). If it's something that they want to yell about or something that requires a stoppage of play to discuss, it needs to be coming from the HC.

I will talk to ANY team member (no more than one at a time) who is involved with the play.

IMO, it is not only ludicrous to declare to whom you will talk, but inappropriate to dismiss other individuals just because s/he is not THE head coach/manager.

I used to cringe when I worked with a partner who would routinely include "I will only talk to the head coach if there are any questions or problems with any play or call".

1) I agree
2) the last point, even if it were appropriate, not said at a plate meeting.
3) Earned good points from a team explaining OBS to 2 players.

BTW, several other things are not needed at a plate meeting.
