Walk off HR but didn't touch home
Wow!
Briarwood Christian’s Morgan Reed – a Notre Dame commitment – blasted a three-run homer in the bottom of the seventh to give the Lions the apparent win, but Reed jumped over home plate into the arms of celebrating teammates. Shelby County catcher Jaselyn Harrison saw Reed miss the plate and appealed to the home plate umpire, who ruled Reed out. /end snippet and insert my own commentary. Shelby County would go on to win 4-3 in the ninth. From talking with tournament workers, the PU got it right.
