Anyway while I'm at it, have you heard what I have heard, that some umps do not enforce it?

If I were to believe all coaches, all of the umpires in all of the leagues I work never enforce any rules whatsoever. I'm ALWAYS the "only one who calls that". Guess these coaches don't realize we talk between games or after the day's over.

Had one coach tell me "We haven't had anyone call that (an IP) on us all year." My response, "Coach, my partner called that same pitcher on that same thing 3 hours ago when he was at the plate and I was on the bases." Idiot.
