You all lost track of the original comments about local and league rules and how vague, ambiguous and incomplete they usually are. Not that book rules are always specific, precise and complete, but at least they try to be.

Officiating takes more than OJT. It's not our jobs to invent rulings to fit our personal idea of what should and should not be. |
