Contrast Color Base Question

A batter hits a ground ball to the shortstop. The shortstop's throw causes the first baseman to jump to catch the ball and land on the contrasting color portion of the base. The batter collides with the first baseman, who is still on the contrasting color portion of the base.

Would the first baseman be called for obstruction or no obstruction is called because the batter would be safe since the first baseman did not touch the white base.

or

Would the batter be called safe since the first baseman did not touch the white base and defense must then appeal the play.

or

Can the batter be out because the throw pulled the first baseman into foul territory causing him to come down on the orange base.
