New Balance 450 plate shoe width

Can anyone tell me if these plate shoes are true to width? In my normal shoes I wear regular width. Also I know it has been discussed before many times but what is the best way to cover up the white "N". I ordered some but then had second thoughts on the width. I may be able to change the order. Mine were true to width and with most NB shoes I ordered them 1/2 size longer and they fit great. Black permanent marker followed by shoe polish.

Same here, I ordered mine 1/2 inch longer and the width was true. I also used black shoe polish (liquid) and then polished over them with the black wax polish.

I believe kcg_nc2ablu came up with a way to remove the N completely without damaging the shoe. If I recall correctly, it involves using a lot of rubbing alcohol on the N and working on it slowly but continuously. After a while, the N comes off, and you can polish up the leather underneath to make it look normal.

Haven't seen the 450s, but if they're like the 350s, you'll still have to blacken the white around the soles.

I haven't decided if I should call it from the dugout or the outfield. Apparently, both have really great views!

Screw green, it ain't easy being blue!

I won't be coming here that much anymore. I might check in now and again.
