I generally ignore spectator misbehavior, except to mentally add to my funny comments and new rules collection. BUT,
- violence
- threats
- inciting players
- offensive comments (racial, ethnic, some language, etc.)
all require control by the HC, TD, AD, or ... (not umpires).

It's not our jobs to invent rulings to fit our personal idea of what should and should not be.
