Pitching question Again
I've read the rule is nf & nsa and I'm confused as usual, we had a girl pitching in High school last night , we she came to the plate she had both hand and ball in glove, she proceeds to keep her hand in the glove and start her wind up that way obviously taking the ball out at the last second to throw it, why is that not an ip in nf rules ?

If you are referring to NFHS as nf, then it is an IP.
I am not sure what part you think should be the IP, but if she steps on the pitching plate with her hands together, she has already committed an illegal action, and I am getting that this is what she did in your somewhat difficult to decipher post. Reference rule 6.1.a
