Asa Pitching Question

Rule 6 -Pitching Regulations (Fast Pitch)
Pitcher does everything right, but after she separates her hands and pitching hand comes back passed her hip the first time, it is not in a direct line with her hip, but is out away from her body at an angle so that the hand is further away from the body than the elbow, but when she deliveres the ball after she goes around the hand is below the hip and the wrist is not farther from the body than the elbow.

Is this a legal pitch?

Sounds legal to me.
