Home run over fence

Ball goes over left field fence. Three man system, 3rd base umpire goes to infield grass and stops. Signals Home Run. Defence coach comes unglued and says that ball bounced over the fence. 3rd base umpire goes to left fielder and asks if the ball went over the fence. What do you blues think of this call.

Since I lack details, I will need to use my nostradamus like powers and say the ball did indeed go over the fence and was a home run. Very nice hit too.

I just channeled The Great Carsoni, who asked, "What's optic yellow and just went 450 feet over the left field fence?"

Are you referring to Carnac? Well, to start, if the BU is in the infield on grass, I would have to assume that isn't a softball that just went over the left field fence.

As Ed McMahon would say:

You are correct, sir!

And who knows...have seen on the infield grass. Yes, it's weird. some guys bring small ball mechanics (even bad small ball mechanics) to the softball world.
