Casebook ?

Anyome point me to a site where I can buy a hardcopy of the casebook ? The ASA website apparently only sells the DVD thing. I want something to take in the bathroom with me ......

My understanding is that ASA is only publishing the CD copy of the casebook now, and not publishing a paperback copy anymore.

Both of you two are confusing me.... Never thought of taking my laptop in the head but I guess why not....... Really do my best studying and reading in my little quiet spot on the planet.......
