When ASA went to the Pro-mesh, the mask came off even easier than with the wool. I see no reason to have multiple brimmed hats just for different positions.

My current mask (yer basic Wilson A3080) is just loose enough - I shudder to think though when when I need to replace it in a couple of years...or at least the straps...
my other current gear:
Pro 9 chest protector : comfortable, great in hot weather, and solid protection
Gerry Davis leg guards - most comfortable leg guards ever, and still solid protection -LOVE the fact they do NOT bite into the legs, and no metal clips to rust!
