switching for left to right batter

can in asa girls softball, a starting right hand batter switch to a left during her bat? if so where in asa book is it can't find it anywhere.

A player is allowed to switch to either batters box during an at-bat. However, they can not do it if the pitcher is set and ready to deliver the pitch. If they do that, they can be called out. Otherwise, they are allowed to switch.
