For the record.

There is no mound in softball. If there is, then get the field up to code before playing on it. There is a pitching circle in FP. There is the pitching plate area in SP. Which brings me to another point. It is a pitching plate, not a rubber. Who wants a bunch of men and women stepping on their rubber???

Oh, and another thing... It is "R1 on 3B and R2 on 1B" not "R3 and R1".

I don't make this stuff up... I just use it!

And will *someone* please tell these coaches that the defense can't commit "interference?!"

I haven't decided if I should call it from the dugout or the outfield. Apparently, both have really great views!

Screw green, it ain't easy being blue!

I won't be coming here that much anymore. I might check in now and again.

And.....(and this is a GOOD one)......(hehe)

If you ABSOLUTELY know what someone is trying to describe......please don't let the trees INTERFERE with your view of the forest!

Except when someone asks a question about a particular forest, then begins describing trees that don't belong in that particular forest ... leading you to believe that quite possibly the person asking the question was referring to a different forest entirely, on a different continent.
