Coaches in LBT

Today, me just being a spectator watching my daughter play. Fed game. We are visitors. Home team, while on defense, has all four coaches in LBT. While on offense, two of these coaches are within coaches boxes, but the other two remain in LBT. Never a word from either umpire. This was a doubleheader, so both had their shot behind the plate.

Would I be considered overly officious if I gave a team warning and had the coaches stay within their dugout? Is this localized enforcement? In other words, if other umpires in my area are overlooking this, should I do the same? Actually I don't know that they do, since the only time I experienced this previously was at this very same complex, and I made the coaches get inside their dugout.
