I guess I should have used a quote of the referenced post, but I was also commenting on multiple other posts ("Good questions and good answers.").

The Dukat post at "Thu Feb 22, 2007, 09:40am" refers to half-inning constraints ("can not actually go back to Flex until the next half inning it would be a sub for her and she would be out of the game for a half inning ").
