Bad swing habit?

My daughter (14) has a very bad habit of dipping her body when swinging and swinging under the ball 90% of the time. Anyone have any suggestions for correcting it? When she does connect, she sends it to the outfield every time. Does she need to correct her hands or entire body?

Sounds like a "coaching" question to me.

This forum, correct me if I'm wrong, is for the discussion of softball rules and interpretations.

Take her to the cage and let her take cuts until she breaks the bad habit. It's like working the kinks out of a golf swing
Reptition repitition repitition etc etc etc

If I had to guess, she is opening her hips too soon, far ahead of her shoulders. Working a smaller step and concentrating on a level swing might be the answer. If she is holding her hands high in her stance, she may be dropping them on the delivery. She may need to adjust her stance as well so that there is not as much movement of her hands and body before the ball arrives.

Also, she if she can try to swing for the top half of the ball (not as easy in FP). Tell her to try to cut the top half of the ball off with the bat.

Get a decent hitting coach. Practicing bad swings doesn't make perfect -- it only makes permanent. (My golf swing is an example. It's permanently bad.) Only perfect practice makes perfect.
