Rule Books

Situation:
NCAA Game.
1-1 count on the batter, batter foul tips the next pitch making the count 1-2. PU gives mechanic for the foul tip and the batter turns and jogs into the dugout thinking it's strike three.
In any of the rule books (NCAA, ASA, PONY, Federation), can anybody direct me to a rule that says the batter is out in this situation?

I hope not.

Speaking ASA, NFHS...

No.

The batter is NOT out for entering the dugout during his/her time at bat.

Just announce the new count. "One ball, two strikes", and wait.

I suppose in NCAA you could use the ten second rule to call strike three, but I wouldn't go there.
