I reside in Utah and I'm wondering where I would get an up to date rule book with the High School rules? Also, are the rules for high school basketball the same in all states? Thanks.

The rules are close, but not exact. Shot clocks in some states, only two-man in other states.

Rule books

Where are you at in Utah? Utah High School Activities Association has the rule books, case books, and officials manuals that you need.
