The CitySix tournament held in the Philly area will give umpires the same exposure. Doug Donaldson, Cathy Strum, Jim Craig have been there in the past few years. They'll offer pointers, help the umpire make adjustments, etc. I think this is more of an audition than a camp, but it gets your name and face in front of the right people in that area.
