R1 on 1B, 1 out, very wind. Batter hits a towering fly ball that has started
in foul ground about 1 foot from 1B bag. R1 holding bag, runners "passes" 1B bag, F3 miss judges the very high fly and the ball lands and I mean sticks (no movement) in fair ground. There is offensive coach at 1st. R1 holds the bag, BR sees this and is about one step from entering the dugout, but not in it, when you hear, "time" from PU. No tags have been made, ball is just being retrived by F4. At this point BR enters DO. Your Fix.
